Director of Place-Based Collaboration
Rachel is the Director of Place-Based Collaboration at the Fair Education Alliance, leading a programme of work that supports Mayoral Combined Authorities to create more connected and equitable systems and improve outcomes for children and young people across education, employment and skills.
Rachel joined the FEA from Save the Children, where she co-led their work across England, focusing on place-based systems change and linking local voice to national policy, to shift outcomes for children impacted by poverty, with participation at the core.
Before this, she headed up the Research, Evaluation and Impact department at Teach First, and has also held impact and data roles in Mencap and Pobal (Ireland).
