Nichola is the Director of the Community Empowerment Division within the Department of Communities in the Northern Irish Government. She has previously held positions as Head of Community Planning and Central Local Government Relations within the Department of Communities, as well as the Head of Community Planning in the Department or Environment and Primary Industries.
