Co-Investigator & Co-Lead for Diversity and Place
Peter is a Co-Investigator, part our Leadership team, and is also co-lead for the research theme of Diversity and Place.
As co-lead for the Diversity and Inclusion theme, Peter works closely with Louise Ryan in setting out an exciting research agenda to explore how we ensure connectedness in an increasingly polarised world. Peter also works closely with the Scotland Community Catapult, Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface, and our Community Embedded Researcher in Alloa.
Peter has been at the University of Stirling for over a decade, and has been researching communities for nearly 20 years. Peter has a broad focus on urban communities and inequalities within and between communities, and a recent focus on social inequalities, particularly those experienced by LGBTQ+ people and communities.
