Ethics & Digital Technologies Lead
Ellie is our Centre Ethics lead, co-lead for Digital Technologies, and sits on both our Management and Leadership teams.
As Ethics Lead, Ellie makes sure all of our research and work meets a high ethical standard, and she supports our researchers and community partners to make sure they have all the relevant ethical approvals.
Ellie is also a Senior Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University with 15 years of experience working in interdisciplinary research. Her work crosses digital media, cultural studies, sociology and human-computer interaction, and explores the impact of technology on social inclusion, citizenship and democracy.
