Co-Investigator
Binki is our Co-Investigator and lead partner for the Brixton Community Catapult. She works closely with our Community Embedded Researcher for Brixton, and with colleagues from London Metropolitan University to explore community connectedness and place making within the area.
Binki is a CEO and cultural placemaker, working across sectors from arts and culture to the built environment, local government and public health. Her experience in creative engagement and community networks has positioned her as a thought leader at the intersection of art, community development, public space and social justice. Her contribution to the development of the new London Memorial to the Victims of the Transatlantic Trade, has positioned her as a thought leader in culturally representative place-making.
