Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface
Co-Investigator
Anthea is our Co-Investigator and lead partner from Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface. She also forms part of our Centre Leadership Team. Anthea works closely with colleagues from University of Stirling and our Community Embedded Researcher in Alloa.
Anthea has been Chief Officer and Business Manager at Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface since 2016, following over a decade in Scotland’s third sector. She progressed from volunteering with local charities to working for Helm Training in Dundee, later managing the charity and social enterprise CheckIn Works and Giraffe in Perth and Kinross, supporting individuals with enduring disabilities and mental health challenges.
Passionate about the value of the third sector as an innovative, enterprising and collaborative way to achieve real change for people and communities, Anthea also serves as a voluntary director for several community-focused organisations in Clackmannanshire.
