Co-Investigator & Lead for Innovation and Impact
Isabella is a Co-Investigator and lead for the ‘Innovation and Impact’ implementation unit. She is also a member of our Centre Leadership Team. Isabella is also co-ordinating the community-governance panel which will help to guide our Centre’s work and efforts.
Isabella joined The Young Foundation in early 2024. Her policy interests and research experience include welfare support, housing, early years/childcare, immigration, access to justice and health inequalities. She has also held several voluntary posts: as trustee of the Social Research Association, where she led on advocacy and work on diversity and inclusion in the research profession; as Chair of the board of a leading refugee and migrants’ charity (2017–2021), and as a founder member of Ipsos’s ethnic minority staff network, REACH.
