Rosie is a Research Fellow working on Implementation Unit 2: Data and Methods.
Rosie is a quantitative researcher, with expertise in conducting complex quantitative data analysis using large scale survey and administrative data. She has recently worked on a range of evaluations, such as an evaluation of the impact of direct energy payments on health outcomes, an ongoing evaluation of the government’s Affordable Homes initiative, and an evaluation of Home Improvement Services in England.
Rosie completed her PhD in 2019 which focused on housing and welfare benefits. She has research interests in housing, communities and tackling inequalities. While working on C4 she will focus on investigating the social and economic effects of community connectedness.
