Tracy Conlon has been apart of the Market Community for over 30 years, and is originally from West Belfast. Tracy became involved in community development over 17 years ago as a volunteer at the Market Development Association, and is now part of the staff team working as a Community Development Officer. Tracy also studies Community Development at Ulster University.
